Illamasqua Liquid Metal in Solstice Swatches

Summer is coming so I bought something I think I will use a lot. Solstice is one of the four shades of Liquid metals Illamasqua offers. It is so golden and so so so pigmented. The bad thing is that it creases like crazy on my eyes :( even with a primer. But it still can be used as a base for powder eyeshadow, or on lips, face etc. Do you have a Liquid Metal? Any tips to stop the creasing, except changing my eyes? :)

Léto se blíží a tak jsem si udělala radost menším nákupem, který v létě hodně využiju. Solstice je jeden ze čtyř odstínů, které Illamasqua v současnosti nabízí. Je zlatý a neuvěřitelně pigmentovaný, stačí opravdu troška. Negativem je, že mi na očích vůbec nedrží a to ani s bází. I tak se ale dá použít jako barevná báze pod stíny, nebo na rty, tváře atd. Máte nějaký liquid metal? Nějaké tipy, jak ho udržet na očích déle než půl hodiny? :)

Orly Cotton Candy (Sweet Collection 2010)

Another sweet polish. The official description is baby pink but I see it a hint of peachy pink. Still a very nice color. This one applied a bit more unevenly than Gumdrop, that I showed you yesterday. If you are skilfull two coats are enough. I used two coats on all fingers except my ring finger where I did three to even it. In my previous post I forgot to say that the swatches are without a top coat and that they have a really nice shine on their own.

Další sladká barvička. Oficiální popis je miminkovská růžová, já ho vidím trošku teplejší, spíš s nádechem do meruňkova. Nanášel se malinko nerovnoměrněji než Gumdrop, který jsem vám ukazovala včera. Pokud jste dostatečně šikovní, stačí dvě vrstvy. Na fotce mám dvě vrstvy na všech nehtíkách kromě prsteníčku, který má tři. V předchozím příspěvku jsem úplně zapomněla napsat, že tyhle láčky mají krásný lesk samy o sobě, žádný nadlak jsem nepoužila.

Orly Gumdrop (Sweet Collection 2010)

I know you all thought I will start swatching with the purple but I chose Gumdrop. This shade is described as pastel turquoise and I really like the color. These shades are getting more and more popular and now I can see why :) I was a bit scared about the application as I have never had a creme polish before! But it was nice and smooth. This polish is opaque in two coats and doesn´t streak or anything. I really like the formula of this. As all the polishes from the Sweet collection this comes with a mini lipgloss. But don´t worry, you will not have turquoise lips :) This just gives a nice shine and shimmer to the lips. I also like the smell. It smells sweet (but not disturbing). So what do you think?

Určitě jste si všichni mysleli, že z nových laků začnu nejdřív fialkou. Já jsem si ale vybrala Gumdrop, jehož oficiální popis je pastelová tyrkysová. Tyhle odstíny jsou teď velmi populární a neměly by chybět v žádné lakové sbírce. Sama jsem moc ráda, že už taky jeden mám :) Trochu jsem se bála nanášení, protože jsem dosud žádný krémový lak neměla! Není se ale čeho bát, nanáší se bez problémů. Vůbec není řídký, pravidelně se rozteče a kryje už ve dvou vrstvách. Stejně jako ostatní laky z Sweet kolekce má i tento mini lesk. Nebojte se ale, že byste měli tyrkysové rty :) Tenhle jen dodá lesk a velmi jemné třpytečky. Líbí se mi jak voní: sladce (ale ne nijak výrazně). Co na něj říkáte?
